Manpreet is a seasoned industrial engineering expert with deep familiarity with lean six sigma techniques. He has over 12 years of experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and public sectors. Some of his skills and expertise lie in world class manufacturing, kaizen facilitation, value stream mapping, operations management, focused improvement, project management and change management to name a few. Manpreet has a Masters of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelors of Engineering and Technology in Industrial Engineering from Punjab Technical University with Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from Project Management Institute(PMI) as well as Change Management Practitioner Certification from Prosci.As a Lean and Continuous Improvement Manager, Manpreet is responsible for developing continuous improvement systems and support the portfolio companies in their journey towards operational excellence.
